ECGC FOUNDATION INC.  Expanding opportunities, enriching lives

About Us

The ECGC Foundation Inc. was incorporated on May 19, 2017. The idea was envisioned by our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Osmond “Ossie” Davy who thought that ECGC as a company has made significant contribution socially and financially to many and sundry with short-lived returns and no lasting memories.  He felt that the time had come for ECGC to create a sustainable legacy in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and eventually within the OECS.  He then made a proposal to the Board of Directors for the establishment of a charitable organization which will focus ECGC contributions and services to a specific worthy cause and enhance the Company’s image as it creates a legacy, while at the same time serving well a population of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the OECS by extension that needs the support; as a result the ECGC Foundation was created/born.

Our Focus

The Foundation seeks to create/enhance opportunities for the education, health care and the welfare of needy and vulnerable children and adults within the Vincentian society and the OECS.  In so doing it is our aim to manage and enhance the charitable givings of ECGC.

We believe that a comprehensive approach to meeting people needs and providing positive choices bring about lives saving behavior change.

How are we funded?

The funds come directly from the Directors’ fee of the East Caribbean Group of Companies and the Company itself.
