MEET OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

J. Robert Cato

C.E.O.

On January 1, 2021, Mr. J. Robert Cato Jr was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of ECGC. Mr. Cato possesses a wealth of global and regional insights as his over 20 years of experience spans strategic management and marketing innovation in over 25 countries including the USA, Latin America and within the Caribbean. Having held leadership roles in Diageo, Digicel, Intralot and BBBF- Big Bright Strategy, Mr. Cato’s experience in commercial and management operations in competitive markets is instrumental in leading the transformational objectives of ECGC.

Emmanuel Daize

HEAD OF FINANCE

For nineteen years, Mr. Emmanuel Daize has had the esteemed role of monitoring the accounting function of ECGC, which includes overseeing and administering the accounting, financial reporting, and related transactional processing requirements of the company. Mr. Daize’s tremendous track in the financial sector has allowed him to hone his skills in accurate financial management, reporting and analysis, confidentiality and ethical behaviour, organizational operations, customer experience and employee engagement as ECGC executes its strategic plan.

Phyllis James

HEAD OF PEOPLE & CULTURE

Having been with ECGC for seven years, Ms. Phyllis James is currently the Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for unleashing the creativity and potential of our ECGC employees to help them to thrive and better serve our customers. She deftly leads the Company’s HR strategies with a focus on promoting corporate culture, talent development and management, and building a highly engaged and complementary workforce in order to achieve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Ewan Martin

HEAD OF PLANT TECHNOLOGY

During his three-year tenure at ECGC, Mr. Martin worked his way up to Operations Manager, a role that supports all ECGC businesses by ensuring the continuity of our manufacturing. Mr. Martin’s keen attention to detail supports the execution of his responsibilities, which include optimizing production by overseeing the overall manufacturing process, engaging in preventative and planned maintenance activities, supervising capital projects and maximizing information technology in keeping with good manufacturing practice (GMP).

Rachel Halsam

EXPORT MANAGER

Ms. Halsam joined ECGC seven years ago and has been promoted to various roles including her current role as Export Manager. Ms. Halsam works tirelessly to promote our diverse array of products both regionally and globally. In her current role, she continues to focus on growing our business and building partnerships in regional and international markets. She is responsible for surveilling Logistics, Order Fulfilment, Regional Customer Support, Customer Product Education, and the analysis of Import/Export Regulatory Impacts.

Peter Traboulay

HEAD OF PRODUCTION – BEVERAGES & GROUP QA

Mr. Traboulay assumed his role of Plant Manager of Beverages on April 1st, 2021. This entails end-to-end responsibility for all beverages and water production at the ECGC. Mr. Traboulay develops and manages the overall plant policies and procedures to ensure that both essential manufacturing operations and the manufacturing schedule are executed to optimize plant efficacy. The monitoring, control and improvement of product quality are significant responsibilities in realizing the Company’s strategic innovation agenda.

Kingsley Dyer

HEAD OF PRODUCTION – GRAINS

Mr. Kingsley Dyer is an executive with over twenty-nine years of experience at ECGC. As the current Product Manager, Mr. Dyer is able to apply his vast technical knowledge, leadership and expertise to improve production processes. He is responsible for significant tasks, which involve the efficient planning, organizing, and reporting of all activities in the production departments and warehouses, the management of stocks and human resources, and effective cross-functional collaboration between related departments.
